With more than 25 years of combat sport and street self-defense experience under his belt, FKP MMA founder Chris Franco has structured a tried-and-tested array of easy-to-learn techniques that allow women to recognize and avoid potential danger, as well as physically defend themselves in a in a worst-case scenario.
